We believe good support starts with listening. Rather than fitting people into a fixed model, our team takes the time to understand what matters most to each participant, then connects them with flexible, person-centred supports that genuinely reflect their needs.
Choice and control are key principles of the NDIS. Participants can choose the supports they need and decide which providers they want to work with. Funding may cover a broad range of reasonable and necessary supports, including assistance with daily activities, developing life skills, accessing the community, and working towards greater independence.
Once your NDIS plan is approved, it outlines the supports you are funded to receive and the reasons they are considered necessary. These supports are designed to help you achieve meaningful outcomes, such as becoming more independent at home, building everyday living skills, exploring employment opportunities, strengthening social connections, or improving your overall wellbeing.
You also have choice and control over how your funding is managed and which providers deliver your supports. This allows your NDIS plan to reflect your preferences, priorities and the way you want to live.
